"Mystery Shopping," is not new to  business owners or top executives.  Our investigators, both male and female, are trained professionals knowledgeable in all aspects of businesses including but not limited to: retail, food and alcohol, restaurants, super market/convenience stores and a host of other businesses.  Visits to your place of business, be it a single store or a chain, can be scheduled so as to document questions of customer service, cash handling, product freshness, personal and facility hygiene, operating procedures and liquor law compliance or any other area of management concern.

Violations of policy, theft and diversion, drug and alcohol abuse (if observed), harassment and discrimination and any number of other problems can all be addressed and countered through the use of responsive and objective investigative services.  Our investigators have "shopped" wholesalers, restaurants, tire stores, home repair stores, food stores, department stores and many other various businesses.  Our reports address the positive aspects of the businesses operation and personnel while also identifying the questionable activities.  We coordinate our services with management so as to ensure that both specific incidents and random shops are scheduled for the maximum effective coverage.  Investigators will utilize the client's format or we will develop and implement a custom format for each particular business.
